If I subscribe to a membership, how often will the coins be refreshed?
Coins refreshes will be based on the membership cycle you subscribe to. If you subscribe to a monthly/yearly membership, you will get a new coin package when you renew your subscription for the second month/year.
Can I use my subscription on multiple platforms/devices?
Yes, as long as you log in with the same account on different platforms or devices, your benefits and coins will sync automatically.
For free users, is there a way to render for free or watch ads to render on the web version?
We’re sorry, but the web version currently does not support free image rendering through watching ads.
Why subscribe?
By subscribing, you can enjoy exclusive membership benefits (details available on the subscription page) and receive a certain amount of coins. As a member, you'll also get extra coins when purchasing coin packs.
What can coins be used for?
You can use coins to render images or videos. After an image is rendered, coins can also be used to access advanced editing features such as Upscale, Variation, Face Swap, and more.
The copyright of the generated images/videos will belong to whom?
The copyright of the image/videos belongs to the users who generate it. Spellai merely provides creative tools and a platform for users. Spellai is not responsible for any disputes caused by the generated images.
How long are my images/videos stored on your servers?
We only store and process your User Content temporarily. Images uploaded to the app to generate AI artwork are automatically deleted from our servers after being used. Images/videos generated by the app version are deleted from our servers after you exit the generation page, so you cannot retrieve or download them again. On the web version, generated images can be retained for up to 30 days, during which you can re-edit and download them.
How can I cancel the subscription renewal?
You can manage your subscription by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and navigating to the Account page.
How can l request a refund?
If you need to request a refund, please do so through the payment platform Stripe.
Why are some features not available on the web version?
The web version is still in a relatively early stage. We will synchronize the app and web features as soon as possible. Please look forward to future updates.
